At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Place the footwear back in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

Handover to Courier

Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a physical or digital receipt.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
